Sant Dalmai, S.A., a company dedicated to the production of high quality meat products, presents its new project EQUILIBRA. The purpose is to facilitate the choice of improved nutritional food: fewer calories, less fat, less salt…

These products have especially been developed to satisfy the needs of the current consumers.

There are 3 different products in the EQUILIBRA range: -

• Cooked ham: with les salt, less fat and Beneo™ fiber, without added conservatives (nitrite obtained from vegetable extracts), without milk or derivatives. 
• Turkey breast: with less salt, less fat, with Beneo™ fiber, without added sugar, without milk or derivatives.
• Chicken breast: less fat, with Beneo™ fiber, without added sugar, without milk or derivatives.

On top of that, all products are without gluten, suited for celiacs (with the guarantee label “FACE Certified”) and are enriched with a 3,2% of the BENEO™ fibre that helps to improve our digestive system and the defenses of the intestinal flora (bifidus effect).
