Our naturally-sourced specialty rice ingredients, starches, flours and proteins, live up to the highest food safety and quality standards. By enhancing crispiness or creaminess in fat-reduced and low-fat foods, they help create a moment of delightful rich indulgence. They are a healthier alternative thanks to being hypoallergenic (gluten and lactose-free), easily digestible and rich in amino acids.
