The dehydrated faba beans flake fine has a natural beige colour and fibre size of ≤ 10 mm. With a protein content of 14.80% the product is stable at 2 to 30°C in closed polybag and in pH values between 4 to 8. This ingredient can be declared as textured faba bean flour and has a limited impact on the ingredient list of the final application
