Plant-based food and drinks can appeal to nearly 1 in 2 consumers across the globe. With many innovations happening in meat/fish alternatives, dairy alternatives and the bakery and chocolate aisle, we can conclude that pockets of opportunities exist. For the consumer, health of the population and planet are main drivers for trying these plant-based alternatives.
