The BENEO Technology Center develops recipes for a multitude of new and innovative instant drinks, desserts and formula shakes with the low-glyceamic carbohydrate, PalatinoseTM. Our experts are keen to share their insights upon request.

The slow-release carbohydrate PalatinoseTM is sourced from the sugar beet and imparts a delicate natural sweetness to a multitude of foods and drinks. It allows for an op-pack EFSA health claim for lower blood glucose response and thanks to being highly resistant to oral fermentation, also a quality mark for preventing tooth decay.
