BENEO sells stake in Grillido

As part of a strategic reassessment of the cooperation between BENEO and the Start-up Grillido, the partners have agreed to go their separate ways from now on. As a result, BENEO has transferred its 14% stake in Grillido to an existing Grillido shareholder with immediate effect.
